Registration Fees
The initial registration fees for MidAmerica Financial Services, Inc., for each representative, is as follows:
FINRA Registration Fee $ 85.00 E & O Insurance Payment Options:
FINRA Fingerprint Processing Fee $ 32.00 Annual $1,150.00
FINRA Branch Registration Fee $ 95.00 Quarterly $ 325.00
MFSI Processing Fee $ 150.00 Monthly $ 125.00
These initial costs are in addition to the state costs listed separately below. Any representative, who wishes to be licensed in multiple states, must add each state to the original amount for the total registration fee.
The individual state renewal fees listed below are in addition to a $85.00 annual fee for FINRA and annual FINRA branch fee. All annual fees, including state re-registration fees and the FINRA fee are due no later than December 8th.
